Mindfulness for Creative Artists Workshop

The path of a creative professional can be full of challenges both inner and outer. Things rarely feel easy, certain, or within one’s control, and that can often lead to distress. Thankfully there are some very useful, well-researched tools to help creative minds cultivate a deeper and more resonant sense of peace, calm, balance, and belonging in their lives. 

Mindfulness for Creative Artists is a 90-minute, in-person workshop that introduces participants to a remarkably practical INNER MINDFULNESS TOOL KIT designed to help strengthen our ability to recognize states of distress and access reliable ways to help calmly level our own plane. This fully experiential workshop focuses on helping participants become better allies with their own minds, and experience their body, mind, and heart in the present moment— all in order to more skillfully and compassionately navigate whatever life brings.
