Life is stressful and uncertain. Now more than ever we need effective tools to navigate it with calm, clarity, compassion, and creativity.

We design and facilitate meaningful mindfulness-based programs, for groups and individuals of all ages, that help quiet the mind, open the heart, and build a deeper sense of balance, presence, resilience, and well-being—all from the inside out.

Hello, let’s have a mindful conversation.

Mark Landsman

MMTCP Certified Mindfulness Teacher

My path to becoming a professional mindfulness teacher and program designer began with a deep interest in the mind-body connection and the growing body of research in neuroscience on the brain’s remarkable ability to become more resilient and skillful.

My mindfulness work, with groups and individuals, is informed by 30+ years of somatic training in meditation, yoga, aikido, and Alexander Technique, and 25+ years navigating the high-pressure demands of the entertainment industry as a producer and director.

In 2020, I entered the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program and received professional certification under the guidance of Jack Kornfield, Tara Brach, the Awareness Training Institute, and UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center.

My classes, workshops, and retreats are designed to foster a connection to the present moment, helping participants develop practical skills for stress reduction and enhanced well-being. I am committed to exploring new methodologies to enrich these teachings, and to making the benefits of mindfulness accessible to all. Whether working with corporate teams or individuals seeking personal growth, the intention is to help foster a transformative journey toward greater awareness, clarity, and compassionate action.

“The mind creates the abyss and the heart crosses it.”

What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a well-researched practice of bringing a clear, compassionate attention to the experience of our mind, body, and emotions exactly as they are in the present moment, free from evaluation or interference.

Significant studies in neuroscience and psychology have shown the practice to be deeply beneficial for greater and more lasting mental, physical, and emotional health.
