Series 1:  Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation (8 x 60 min online sessions)

This core series introduces participants to the transformative tools and techniques of Mindfulness.  Whether new to meditation or looking to deepen the practice, this series focuses on practical ways to manage the multiple stresses of work, while cultivating our own happiness, creativity, fulfillment, and inner-balance along the way.   

Series 2:  Foundations of Mindfulness (8 x 60 min online sessions)

Building on the introductory sessions, this series explores eight foundational areas that help deepen and strengthen mindfulness in all areas of our lives : Balance, Concentration, Compassion, Resilience, Communication and Connection, Integrity, Meaning, and Open Awareness.  We explore simple yet powerful practices to meet the myriad challenges of twenty-first century work life with clear, calm equanimity.
