Mindfulness is a meditation practice that cultivates skillful awareness of our present-moment experience, by bringing a clarifying attention to whatever arises through a lens of curiosity, openness, non-judgment, and acceptance.  Significant studies in neuroscience and psychology have shown the practice to be profoundly beneficial to mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

We bring these insightful teachings and practical skills to the realm of work, where they can greatly enhance our lives, help shift perceptions, and promote a deeper sense of meaning to all we do in the world—and all from the inside out. 

Through courses, workshops, and private consultations, we help people improve the positive aspects of their working life, such as accomplishment, meaning, and the satisfaction of healthy collaboration, while developing simple, accessible tools to mitigate detrimental ones, like stress, reactivity, and burnout.  Our goal is simple—offer people an opportunity to show up for their working lives with greater happiness, vitality, creativity, and connection.
